Brainpower

Our brain is one of the most important organs in our body.

It’s a powerhouse that drives us everyday.

We’ve not even begun to explore it properly enough to use its full potential power. Experts agree that we only use a small fraction of our brain power at any given time.

But just like other muscles in your body, if you don’t use your brain you’ll eventually lose function of it.

So we must keep training it.

In this episode, you’ll discover how you can significantly improve your brainpower and cognitive skills. I’ll reveal the habits that increase the risk losing function of your brain at later stages of your life, and how you can avoid them.

Listen now.

Show Highlights Include:

  • The tactics my wife used to significantly improve my mother’s memory (you can use them even if you’re above 80) ([1:14])
  • How my annoying professor’s ‘no-calculator’ policy helped my class develop brain power. ([2:11])
  • How being my dad’s navigator during road trips increased my cognitive functions and math, astronomy and logic skills. ([5:49])
  • Why using GPS can weaken your brain (and how you can train your brain to avoid early dementia) ([8:33])
